Description
Entrepreneurship Training for Postdocs and Graduate Students
In partnership with the Office of Innovation and Commercialization and Graduate Division, the Office of Postdoctoral and Visiting Scholar Affairs, is offering a mini-certificate program on entrepreneurship.This training will serve as the core component of the EPIC program entrepreneur path.
The format of the course is a 2-hour module once per week for 7 weeks. Participants will learn effective tools, gain exposure to the culture of private industry and have access to the mentorship of UC San Diego’s Entrepreneurs in Residence. Once admitted, participants are required to attend all 7 sessions.
Each weekly session meets on Wednesdays in the Medical Education and Telemedicine Building (MET), room 141 from 5-7 pm: with the exception of March 1, which will be held in MET 145.
